1. When You Are Eligible for a Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking.
You received an item that is expired.
The product is different from what you ordered (wrong item or incorrect variation).
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used food products.
Items that require refrigeration or are heat-sensitive after delivery.
Products that are purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion.
This is to ensure the integrity and safety of all food items.
3. Conditions for Returning a Product
To approve your return or replacement request:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
A clear photo or video showing the issue must be provided.
Your order number and delivery details must be included.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the product has been handled improperly after delivery.
4. Timeframe for Requesting Returns
For food items: within 24 hours of receiving the product.
For non-food items: within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted due to the nature of the products.
5. Refund & Compensation Options
After reviewing your case, you may receive one of the following:
Replacement product (same item or equivalent).
Store Credit for the value of the item.
Cash refund, only in cases where the product arrived damaged, spoiled, or expired.
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
6. Delivery Issues or Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately.
We will investigate and send the correct item or issue compensation as needed.
